Walking Group, Autumn 2014

In support of our objective to help encourage healthy lifestyles, SLIG has created a walking club. The Club meets every Tuesday morning, and aims to walk between 3-5 miles every week. It started at the beginning of October and to date we have enjoyed treks in various locations including Black Mountain, Colin Glen Forest Park, Lady Dixon Park, Shaws Bridge and Wallace Park.
